Opening hours and tickets
Visit Tyresö Palace by joining our guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer season. Get your ticket here. We are closed during autumn, winter and spring. The park is open year-round.
Guided tours 2026
- Guided tours Sat–Sun June–Aug. The schedule will be announced in May 2026.
- You need to purchase a ticket in advance for the tour.

During the guided tour you will step into the lives of the people who lived and worked here through the centuries. You’ll get to know both the grand and the everyday — from the 1600s to the 1930s. Hear stories of remarkable figures such as Maria Sofia De la Gardie, and discover the daily routines of the household staff, whether preparing for a grand celebration or managing everyday life for the last private owners, the Lagergren family.
On the main floor, you’ll explore the dining room, serving room, library and elegant salons. Upstairs, you’ll visit the bedrooms, bathrooms and even a small Catholic chapel.
The guided tour is held in Swedish, but don’t worry – you’ll receive a written guide in English and German for each room we visit. That way, you can follow along at your own pace and still enjoy the full experience. Our guides speak English and are happy to answer questions if you have any.
Ticket prices 2025
- Adult: 170 SEK
- Student: 150 SEK
- Children 2–18 years: 50 SEK
To help protect Tyresö Palace— a beautifully preserved cultural site — visits inside the palace are only possible with one of our guided tours. These tours are small and personal, led by a museum guide. To be sure of a spot, we recommend buying your ticket in advance. We would be delighted to welcome you!
